I am really tired of being in the middle, and getting attacked from both sides. I am ready to delete my account. I get criticized for giving Jade supplements, I get critisized for not doing the diet. We just want her to effectively comunicate her thoughts and needs. Besides, when she was on the diet, we didn't see anything drastic enough to suffer through the diet. Sure the reading and typing is neat, but we don't want her life to turn into a "parlor trick". We just want a happy little girl- and a life without pizza or Eggos is just not a happy one. It is great that Jade can read, but more reading is NOT what we want for her! We just want her to effectively comunicate her thoughts and needs. Our son is on a casien limited diet. He also is sensitive to soy and applejuice. Really, it wasn't that hard and it makes a big difference for him. It's very cool because my son knows his own limits and actually tells US how much is too much because he can feel what his body is doing. That was proof enough for us and totally worth it.
