Master Cleanse: Day 3

DETAILS!!! I like to make my videos short, so read here for all the dirty little cleanse details ;) !! Without exercise, because I have been tired (I was tired a lot before the cleanse and I had blood drawn, so it’s hard to tell what to contribute the weakness to), I have lost an additional 2.6 lbs! Had some upper back aches today, which is new to me, and this strange senesation at the top of my spine, like coldness. Dunno if it’s related to the diet, I have a lot of weird health problems lol. Omg, people must sense I cannot eat, because I have been asked out to eat a couple of times and it was SO hard to say no!! People have been giving me candy and all sorts of things- I did chew some food and spat it out today, as other youtubers have done under the cleanse, but I don’t think I’ll do it again. Having that food in your mouth and not being able to swallow is maddening. So, I didn’t drink all of my lemonade today. Not even half. I took a nap instead to avoid the hunger. The cayenne pepper is starting to rub my throat raw I believe, need to start drinking more regular water and I’ll lessen the amount of the cayenne once again. If you are starting this diet, I will recommend the LIQUID CAYENNE PEPPER, something I have not tried but is less strong as they say. Still going number 2 with just the herbal tea, though it is beginning to lack consistancy. And oh boy, people weren’t lieing when they said to make sure not to fart, haha. I’ve been going regularly throughout the day
